Please read these terms carefully before using Fix Kigali Now. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Fix Kigali Now connects customers with independent technicians for urgent services in Kigali, including electrical, plumbing, roadside vehicle repair, phone repair, and other technical support services.

Fix Kigali Now is a technology platform operated by Kfixnow Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). The platform connects customers with independent technicians. We do not directly provide repair or maintenance services. Technicians operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kfixnow Ltd, trading as Fix Kigali Now.

Kfixnow Ltd does not guarantee technician availability, response time, or job completion.

  • Provide accurate information
  • Give correct location details
  • Respect technicians
  • Avoid fake or prank requests
  • Use the platform honestly
Fake emergencies, misleading requests, harassment, abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or blocking.

  • Provide professional services
  • Behave respectfully
  • Use truthful qualifications and experience
  • Avoid overcharging or dishonest behavior
  • Respect customer safety and property
Kfixnow Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove technicians involved in fraud, unsafe work, repeated complaints, harassment, or misconduct.

  • Technicians are independent service providers.
  • Kfixnow Ltd only facilitates connections.
  • The platform does not supervise repairs.
Kfixnow Ltd is not responsible for poor workmanship, damages, theft, injuries, delays, pricing disputes, technician behavior, or losses arising directly from technician services. However, we may review complaints and help mediate disputes when possible.

  • Posting issues is free for customers.
  • Technicians pay a lead access fee depending on service category.
  • Lead fees may vary.
Lead payments are generally non-refundable unless there is verified evidence of fake requests, unreachable customers, duplicate requests, or platform errors. Refund decisions are reviewed case by case by Kfixnow Ltd.

Service pricing is negotiated directly between the customer and technician. Kfixnow Ltd does not control or guarantee technician pricing unless otherwise stated.

  • Report suspicious customers
Kfixnow Ltd is not an ambulance, police, fire rescue, or emergency rescue service.

  • Phone numbers are protected.
  • OTP verification helps reduce fraud.
  • Contact details are shared only after customer confirmation and technician lead payment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kfixnow Ltd shall not be responsible for direct or indirect damages, losses, missed opportunities, or disputes resulting from use of the platform or technician services.

Kfixnow Ltd may suspend or remove:

  • Fake customers
  • Fraudulent technicians
  • Abusive users
  • Users who misuse the platform

Kfixnow Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of any updated terms.
